It's a thought-provoking book challenging the notion about how we view success in America. I've read a few books in the past that say talent equals success. Gladwell challenges this notion.
In the next few posts I'm going to excerpt a few sentences from what he says. (I have to hurry, though, because the book is due back at the library.)
